Welcome

I started this club in 2019 after several of my friends watched me compete at a professional event and wanted to know when and where they could start training. After moving back into the area from Baltimore, I decided it was the perfect time to bring the sport that I love back to my hometown.

We exist to provide a fun and easy-going environment where members are free to learn and explore all aspects of grappling and self defense. 

We are here to have fun and work on becoming better versions of ourselves physically and mentally. Drop in any join us anytime!
